Mission Statement of The National Council of Catholic Women
The National Council of Catholic Women acts through its membership to support, empower and educate all Catholic women in spirituality, leadership and service. NCCW programs respond with Gospel values to the needs of the Church and society in the modern world.
The Blessed Trinity Council of Catholic Women is affiliated with the National Council of Catholic Women (NCCW), a nationwide organization founded in 1920 at the call of the Bishops of the United States.
The Council of Catholic Women continues to be an avenue for uniting Catholic women while creating a forum for networking. The council is proud of the opportunities it provides for spiritual and educational enrichment, thus heightening awareness of issues, enhancing the members self-esteem, and sharpening their advocacy skills.
